Subject: A Humble Request for Zakat Payment as Donation

Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is always grateful to you and your family for the continued support in our noble cause & taken initiatives to help the distressed and destitute of the society.

‘Ramadan Kareem’, the month of purity, prayer & offerings, is almost here. Many of us are willing to pay zakat with a good intention & hope for mercy. To harness the glory of this holy month like every year, we are collecting zakat & generous donations from our valued donors.

With that intention, to simplify the process for our donors, we have formed a collection team from the Mission who will be pleased to show up at your door to receive your generous support if and when you are willing to provide it. All you have to do is, give us a call/SMS at 0170 4749 463, 0171 6859 887 or 0182 2125 907 and provide your name, contact number with collection address to the Resource Mobilization Unit (RMU). You can also pay your zakat online by visiting www.ahsaniamission.org.bd/donate or via Bkash 0179 2415 011.

Last year, with your zakat, we have ensured child sponsorship for 35 out of 200 (street & orphan) children of Ahsania Mission Children City (AMCC), Panchagarh. It takes only BDT 60,000/- and above zakat per year to sponsor a child’s accommodation, food, health, education, clothing, extra-curricular activities. This year, with support of our kind-hearted donors, we look forward to ensure sponsorship for the remaining destitute street children of AMCC. Nonetheless, we want our patrons to share a personal journey with these misfortunate children.
